How do I make sure I appear in several different categories?
Our system allows you to be listed under several categories. Simply list all the services you provide when you sign up for the program and your business will be included in the appropriate categories. You can delete irrelevant categories or add more categories at anytime within our Advertiser Dashboard.
How do I add credit to my account?
You can credit your account at any time by logging in to No Problem’s Advertiser Dashboard. Go to ‘Choose Plan’ or click the ‘Add Credit’ button in the right corner of the navigation, and select a plan. We recommend starting out with a significant amount--enough for at least 10 to 20 leads--so you will not have to do this too often.
How do I pay?
With No Problem’s phone lead advertising service, you pay per phone lead, that is, for each customer you are connected to by phone. You set the amount you wish to pay ahead of time within our Advertiser Dashboard. Just go to ‘Set Price’.
Your credit card will be used to activate your account when you register and will be charged according to the plan you choose. We will then automatically recharge it once your balance is too low for you to continue accepting calls.
How will I know if my balance is running low?
We will notify you by text message when your balance begins to run low. You can also log in to our Advertiser Dashboard at anytime to check your balance.
Will I be charged for every call?
Yes, we will charge you for every relevant lead you receive.
How much will it cost me?
You determine the amount you are willing to pay for each lead. But don’t forget that you are competing with other service providers. The service provider willing to pay the highest price per lead will be offered the call first. You can also choose to bid for jobs against other service providers in real time. Just log in to our Advertiser Dashboard and go to ‘Set Price’.
How can I guarantee that I will be first on the list to get the job each time?
When you set your price per lead, you can immediately see your ranking within the system. If you wish to be called first for each job, you can try modifying your price to boost your ranking to 1. You can also choose to be notified by text message when your ranking falls below a certain level so that you can log in to our Advertiser Dashboard and increase your price per call to improve your ranking.
Can I set different prices for different types of jobs?
Yes, you can set different prices for different job types. You can evaluate the job while listening to the customer request and make a bid in real time based on how much the lead is worth to you. For example, if it’s a small job, you might bid only $25 per lead and if it’s a larger job, it will be worth it to pay $50 per lead.
When will I get calls from customers?
You decide when you want to receive calls from customers. Log in to our Advertiser Dashboard at anytime and go to ‘When I Work’ to set your hours for each day of the week. You can also choose to suspend your account for a period of time if you’re going on vacation or temporarily unable to work.
I’m going on vacation next month. How can I make sure I’m not getting calls during this time?
No Problem allows you to stop receiving calls for a period of time. Just log in to our Advertiser Dashboard at anytime and go to ‘When I Work’ to suspend your service.
Can I keep track of my leads?
Yes. We maintain a list of every call you receive on our Advertiser Dashboard. Just log in and take a look. Our powerful reports allow you to track the amount of calls you receive, the details of each call, the number of calls you’ve lost, and more. You can even listen back to calls and retrieve important information you may have missed, like the customer’s address or the amount of your quote.
What happens if the calls I’m getting are irrelevant?
You have the right to request a refund if you are receiving irrelevant calls. If you are uncertain about the quality of the call, you can listen to the call again on our Advertiser Dashboard. Read more about our refund policy.
I’m going to be out on jobs all day. Do I need to be in front of a computer to respond to leads?
Certainly not. You receive a phone call from our automated service wherever you are and we connect you through to a motivated customer immediately. It’s that easy.
